I really wanted a lobster roll. So after I called information and the operator had no idea what I was saying when I asked for “The Lobster Barn” – I called and they told me it’d be ready in 5 minutes.
I said “Thank god, I’m starving.”
So they wrote me a cute little note. I love fun.
I love everything about this. Especially the operator not understanding you.

Girl travel tip
Did you just smear deodorant all over your shirt before giving a speech in front of marketing executives? Easy fix: wet the little shoe shine sponge and it will come right off (without leaving lint).
You’re welcome.
Headed to Toronto tomorrow
I’m flying to another country to speak for about 15 minutes. It’s at an event with our biggest partner, so will be worth it.
The first of something like 3 or 4 or 5 trips I’m taking between now and the end of the Q. I’ve lost count.
I need a nap.
Things I did today that made me happy
1.Slept late
2. Looked at kitchen options
3. Ate a burger and fries
3. Cooked and ate Copper River Salmon and French potato salad
4. Made macaroni salad for tomorrow’s cook out
5. Drank wine
A lot of things that make me happy involve food. And wine. But mostly food.
